When is it? Friday mornings 6:10am.
Where is it? Halswell Rugby League Club. View map.
How much is it? Free.
What's involved? A few games, quick yarn, and a 30 minute HIIT-style workout.
What does HIIT stand for? High-intensity interval training. Although in our case it's probably more semi-high.
What if I'm so weak I struggle to get the lid off a Dolmio Bolognese sauce? All specimens welcome.
I think I coughed up a bit of lung walking to the mailbox the other day. Think I'll be alright? As per above.
What if my six-year-old daughter can dismantle me in an arm wrestle? Not sure you're listening.
